Summary:
IT'S A RACE AGAINST TIME.
In Remembrance, Lizzie and Drew changed the course of fate so they could be together.
In Remembrance, Lizzie and Drew changed the course of fate so they could be together.
In Vengeance, Chelsea set
fate back on its original, deadly path.
Now, strange things keep
happening to Lizzie. Things that are omens of darkness to come. A curse has
doomed her to die an early death, just as she did in her past life. To make
things worse, even if she can figure out who cast the curse, it's irreversible.
There's only one option left for her to save herself. It's crazier than
anything she's heard yet, and to do it, she'll need Drew and Chelsea's help.
Because to make things right,
they must go back to when it all began
Review:
I have received this book from
the author in exchange of an honest review.
I read Remembrance when it was
released and thought it was an interesting and sweet book. There are sweet
moments in Timeless as well but there’s also a bit of action.
Timeless picks up where
Remembrance left off. Lizzie and Drew are together and everything seems to be
great but, soon, Lizzie starts being attacked by crows. She quickly finds out
something dark and evil is following and, in order to survive, she’ll need to
go back in time.
All the main characters from
Remembrance are back – Lizzie, Drew and Chelsea - and they are still very
likeable and unique.
The relationship between Drew
and Lizzie is very sweet and cute and I liked the fact Lizzie and Chelsea try
to amend their friendship.
Timeless is a light and fast
paced read with an important paranormal and magical component.
I enjoyed the fact the plot
moves along really fast making it so the reader wants to keep reading in order
to find out what will happen next.
All in all, Timeless is an
interesting book with good characters and a plot that flows nicely. The book is
well-written and I think Michelle Madow did a really good job writing a story
that deals with love, friendship and the element of magic.
If you enjoy a sweet romance
and an interesting story where the past and present collides, you should
definitely give Timeless and the Transcend Time Series a try.
Rating: Somewhere Between Readable and Worth Your Time (3 ½ Stars)
I've not heard of this series before, but it looks like it has all of the elements I like in a book. I'll have to check it out! Thanks for the review. :)
ReplyDeleteI haven't read this series yet. I've seen it all over though. I need to read it before even more are released.
ReplyDeleteLove this review. Looking forward to read this series :)
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed this series, it's kind of sad that this is the last book. I think that it is perfect for a quick, light read when I don't have the brain power to handle a more complex plot - the story is pretty straightforward which is nice sometimes.
ReplyDeleteI love how you rate your reviews. Very creative. Kudos on a well-written and informative review! :D (Angie Edwards)
