The German Cover does relate to the book but I still prefer the US Cover. It seems fitting.

I like both covers. I almost can't choose between them but I think I'll choose the US cover just because I'm used to it and I think it's pretty.

I really like the German cover of this one! I think it's very appropriate. I could imagine a fairy looking like that. Plus, I really like the colors.

US Cover

For me the US cover is definitely the best one. It is incredibly pretty and the single tear immediately captured my attention.

I like something in every cover but isn't the Italian one amazingly pretty? The people on the cover are definitely not how I imagined the characters but I just can't help liking the cover. Maybe it's their position (they seem very intimate) or maybe it's the black background. I don't know. I simply like the cover a lot!

So, last week there was a tie between three covers of The Forest of Hands and Teeth. :D

Both covers are very pretty but I have to say I love the Australian one. There's just something about it that draws my attention. From the colors to the girl's position, I think it's perfect.

This week's cover comparison is: Dash and Lily's Book of Dares by Rachel Cohen and David Levithan

I actually like both covers this time but if I had to choose one, I would choose the US cover. I love the feel of it. It makes me think of Christmas, which is great since all the action of the book happens during Christmas.

The Australian cover is great as well and that's almost exactly how I pictured Dash and Lily!

So I decided to start doing this Cover VS Cover comparison once a week to find out wich covers people prefer.

I'll start this by comparing the covers of a book I read recently: The Secret Year by Jennifer Hubbard

I personally prefer the paperback cover of this book. I don't really like the images where the couple is standing in an almost kiss position so that's probably why I don't like the second cover.
