Review:
I received The Magi from the author in exchange of an honest review and really enjoyed the book! It was a wonderful read.
Elijah’s life changes completely when he decides to investigate his parents’ murder. He quickly learns about the Magi and finds out he is one of them, being thrown into a fun and interesting adventure.
I really liked the characters in this book. They resemble real people. They aren’t perfect and it’s easy to relate to them since their emotions seem so palpable. There are no cardboard characters in this book.
Elijah especially has a strong voice, able to pull in and keep you both interested and entertained. He’s very intelligent and determined.
All the characters in this book were a great addition and brought something to the story.
The world of Magi is very interesting and imaginative as well. It reminded me of the world of Harry Potter with the magic and excitement.
All in all, I really enjoyed this book. The characters and the world created are amazing and the adventure is exciting and fast moving.
I really enjoyed this book and was very entertained. I think Harry Potters fans will definitely like The Magi.

Rating: Somewhere between Worth Your Time and Must Read (4 ½ Stars)
