Nathaniel McGregor has put many years and many women between him and the memory of the only woman he ever loved. Now she's back and doing what she does best. Review:
I have received this book from Irresistible Reads Book Tours in exchange of
an honest review.
Jenna has left the town she has grown up in and the man she loves seven
years ago. When the life of that man is in danger she is forced to go back in
order to safe him. Will she be able to do it? Has Nathaniel forgotten her?
There’s a paranormal element in this book I didn’t know about but that is
necessary for the story to develop.
Flames is a short book, about 150 pages, and so the story is fast paced.
The events of the book develop quickly. I would have liked a little bit more
character development but, as I said, this is a short story.
I did like the action and mystery in the book. I must confess I didn’t
immediately find out who was guilty and that’s always good.
All in all, Flames is an interesting, short-story with some mystery and
romance. The story is fast-paced and easy to read.
If you are a fan of mystery and suspense with a paranormal twists you might
enjoy this book.
