Summary:
Aria used to believe in love. and fate. and that one day she'd meet that one gorgeous man that would make all her dreams come true. But when she falls in love with Bryce Williams, it felt like a fairytale. He was a lawyer, he had money and wealth along with chocalate brown eyes that had girls at Beaumont High swooning after him. But over time, he started to change. Aria thought he was her prince, but there was always something missing. She always felt like she wasn't with him, as lovers should be. He was perfect and she was just, beside him. A small part in his important, lavish life.
Bryce had a short, explosive temper and even though she tried to make him happy, it was never enough.
How could she ever defend herself from the raging anger inside him? So she stayed, up until the night that she'd had enough. She took off the ring he'd given her and he lost it. He hit her. And then, he took the only thing she'd had left to give. He broke her into tiny pieces that night. And she had no idea how to be whole again.
But then she met Gavin Thomas. After four months of taking small steps toward a full and happy life again, starting to dance again, the only thing that kept her feeling alive at the time and surrounding herself with the ones who loved and supported her, she saw his stormy bluegrey eyes. His mouth that curved deliciously upwards when he smiled, his touch that left tingles all across her body. His eyes that captivated hers. He was ruggedly, impossibly handsome. He was gorgeous, from his full lips to his bluer than the ocean eyes to his roughened hands. And from the very first moment, she couldn't resist him.
It terrified her and excited her, but when he kissed her with both the gentleness she needed and the passion she craved, all her fears and her doubts just melted away. She craved him, she needed his touch more than the air in her lungs and the idea of losing the feel of it could break her heart in two.
But how could she trust again, after being broken so painfully? Was it possible?
She had no idea. But Aria had to try. She needed Gavin, and she refused to let him go. .

Review:
I have received this book as part of a blog tour in exchange of an honest review.
Find Her is a sweet, romantic and a little dramatic story. The plot is interesting and I enjoyed the way the author developed it.
The characters are also very interesting and well-written. It was easy to like Aria, the main character, and understand her. I also really liked Gavin and thought he was a very interesting character.
All in all, I really did enjoy Find Her and I think any New Adult Romance fan will be able to appreciate it.

We live in a world of darkness and shadows,
where monsters hide and aim to ruin.
And they did.
They ruined us and turned our dreams into nightmares.
But now we're back.
And we're fighting.
Not just for us, or for each other, but for our light.

Review:
I read this book right after I finished More Than Her and I’m glad because, this way, I didn’t feel like Logan and Amanda’s story was interrupted.
I’ve become a big fan of this series and these characters so I was happy to be able to read more about Logan.
More Than Him basically picks up where More than Her finished. Things are not easy for Logan and Amanda. Bad decisions and the past stand between them. Will they be able to overcome all their problems and be together or will they just give up?
Since the beginning of More Than This Logan was one of my favorite characters so I’m actually glad we got two books about him. His funny, cocky and laid back but he also happens to be very intelligent, caring and protective. We get to see another side of him in this book and I enjoyed reading about how he can be both strong and vulnerable almost at the same time.
Amanda is a good character as well. I think she’s a perfect balance to Logan and their relationship is very interesting and complex.
The rest of the gang make a few appearances during the book, which is always fun.
Plotwise, I found this book to be very interesting.  It is full of sweet and dramatic moments and the reader never truly knows what will happen between Logan and Amanda next.
All in all, More Than Him is a very interesting and well-written book. It is full of ups and downs and the character development is great.
I already started reading the next book in the series and I can tell it’s very good so far.
If you are a fan of New Adult Romance, this series is for you!

Review - More Than Her (More Than 02) by Jay McLean

Paperback/Hardcover: 315
Genre: New Adult Romance

Summary:
"For every action there is an equal or opposite reaction."
For every choice you make there are rewards,
or there are consequences.
It was my choice to walk away the first time.
And my choice to chase her the second.
But sometimes you don't get a choice,
and all you get are the consequences.

"Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength,
while loving someone deeply gives you courage.”

Unless that someone is Logan Matthews.
Because loving him didn't give me the strength to walk away.
It didn't give me the courage to fight for him.
And when it was over, ll it gave me was a broken heart.

Review:
I have read the first book in this series a while ago and, for some reason, only now got around to reading this one.
I really liked Logan’s character in More Than This so I was happy to read his story.
In the end of More Than This we know Logan is in love, or at least think he’s in love, with someone but we don’t know who. In this book we get to know who stole his heart.
I already really liked Logan and ended up liking even more.  He’s funny, sure of himself and a bit cocky but he can also be really sweet. He definitely care for those he loves and, in this book, we learn his life hasn’t always been easy.  He’s definitely a great main character.
Amanda is a good character as well. She has gone through some bad things as well but has managed to move on. One thing I enjoyed was the fact that in the beginning Amanda doesn’t want to give Logan a chance. He has a reputation and she’s not interested in being just another girl but he’s so insistent she eventually gives in and goes out with him.
Between the present and flashbacks we get to read about their relationship and some of the mistakes Logan made and how he’s trying to make up for them.
Plotwise, the book develops nicely. We get to read about Logan and Amanda’s life and struggles to get and remain together. We also get glimpses of all the other characters we met in More Than This and what’s to come for them.
All in all, I really enjoyed this book. It is well-written, the characters and the relationships between them are well-developed and interesting. Plus, there’s a little plot twist at the end that managed to surprise me.
I can’t wait to start reading the next book in the series now. If you haven’t started reading this series yet, you should definitely do it.

Genre: New Adult,  Romance

Summary:
I shouldn’t have done that job.
I shouldn’t have stolen that girl.
And I sure as hell shouldn’t have fallen for her.
Charlie Hays knows two things: how to steal, and the red—the rage that keeps him going. In Wanted when a last minute heist goes bad, he kidnaps the only witness, Addie Battes. But just when everyone begins to think he has gone and made the biggest mistake of his criminal career Charlie wonders if he hasn't made the best one.
Every love story has two sides…

Review:
I have received this book as part of a book tour in exchange of an honest review.
I thought the premise of this book was very interesting. A criminal who falls in love with a girl he kidnaps.
The characters in this novella are interesting. Charlie obviously has a big temper. He’s dangerous, yes, but he can also be quite sweet to Addie.
I enjoyed getting a glimpse into Charlie’s mind and thought that, all in all, Outlaw is very interesting and well-written.
This is a fun story with good characters and a nice storyline.
If you like New Adult romance you should give this series a try.
