Review:
I have received this book from
the author in exchange of an honest review. I like a good story with angels and
demons
Before Gideon shows up at her
school, Abigail dreams she is murdered by a magical creature. As she gets to
know Gideon she remembers more and more about her nightmare until she realizes
the creature that killed her in her dream is Gideon. Who is Gideon really? And
what does he want from her?
I really liked the characters
in this book. Abigail is a very interesting main character. She’s not just another
girl who manages to get herself in danger because she fell in love with the
wrong guy. She managed to surprise me more than once and I kept wanting things
to work out for her. She’s a little bit of a damsel in distress but that didn’t
annoy me too much.
Gideon is a very unique
character. He manages to scare everyone, Abigail included, but he’s also
extremely funny. He might be evil but
it’s impossible not to like him.
Tristan is the opposite of
Gideon. While Gideon is evil, Tristan is an angel. He’s caring and loving and
an all-around great guy.
This is an interesting story
with good twists and turns. The author definitely did a good job creating this
world and developing all the characters.
All in all, this is a good and
well-written story with interesting characters and good plot twists.
If you like Young Adult
Paranormal stories that include angels and demons I think you might enjoy this
book.
